The correct installation method of LED underground lights is as follows: 1) During the sample delivery process, the waterproof grade of the lamp must be tested to ensure that it is above IP67 (method: put the buried lamp into the pool, the glass surface is about 5cm above the water surface, and power on the test run for 48 hours. During this period, it is opened and closed about six times every two hours to check the waterproof condition under heating and cooling conditions). 2) The sealing of wiring shall be well done: the wiring port of general underground lamps shall be equipped with special sealing rubber rings and stainless steel fasteners. First pass the cable through the rubber ring, and then tighten the stainless steel fastener until the wire cannot pull out the sealing rubber ring. At the same time, the waterproof junction box must be used when connecting the incoming line and the lead. After wiring, the edge ports of the junction box shall be sealed with glue or filled with wax inside. 3) During the construction, the underground seepage shall be well treated. The embedded parts of trapezoidal column with small upper opening and large lower opening should be used for the buried lamps arranged in the lawn area. For hard areas, barrel embedded parts shall be used. During installation, a layer of gravel permeable layer shall be made under each underground lamp. 4) After the installation of buried lamps, open the lampshade and place it on the back cover for half an hour to keep the inner cavity of the lampshade in a certain vacuum state, and use outdoor atmospheric pressure to compress the sealing ring of the lampshade.
